What we offer

We offer two super fun activities, each with a different dynamic: Splash and Pouring. Choose the one that best matches your mood.

Splash: paint by throwing, hitting, and playing

1.5 h | 👥 Max. 6 people | Adults | From 18€ per person

Splash is our most dynamic and energetic experience: paint with balloons, guns, balls and more using acrylic paint. No need to know how to paint; you come to let go of control, laugh, and create an abstract artwork.

Included techniques

Boxing Box your way to artistic expression with paint-covered boxing gloves.
Balloons Create playful splash patterns by popping paint-filled balloons over the canvas.
Balls Create vibrant splatters by throwing paint-dipped padel balls against the canvas.
Water Guns Create color explosions by shooting paint with fun water guns on the canvas.

Our activities are priced by canvases, not by the number of people. It's more flexible and affordable: decide whether to create one shared artwork together or let everyone paint their own.

Come as a couple, with family, friends or as a team and share a 60x90 cm canvas with the whole group (2 to 6 people), or choose two canvases. It's the most collaborative and affordable format!

Pouring: pour, spin, and let color flow

A calmer, hypnotic experience: pour acrylic paint, move the canvas, spin it on the rotating table, and let the colors create organic patterns. Perfect for enjoying the process calmly.

Spinning Create radial designs by spinning your canvas after applying paint.
Dripping Create unique strokes by letting paint drip freely on the canvas, pure Pollock style.

These sessions are priced by canvases, not by the number of people. It's more flexible and affordable: you can decide whether to create one shared artwork together or let each group member paint their own. For example:

Hi, I'm Alexandra, founder of SplashPlay.

I spent too long being afraid of making mistakes, and that blocked my creativity. That's why I created SplashPlay: a space where play and experimentation come first. I want you to be able to create without that fear. Here, we focus on curiosity, flow, and, in the end, pure joy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to know how to paint?
No. SplashPlay isn't an art class — you come to play with paint and create without fear. We'll guide you throughout the session.
Is the session private, or will there be other people?
There are two formats. In a private session the studio is reserved for your group only, with no one else there. In an open session you buy a seat in a small group (max. 6): other people may be there. Kids from age 6, always with an adult.
Is there a risk of getting paint on your clothes? What should you wear?
We provide a protective suit, gloves, and shoe covers. Even so, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting stained, or bringing a change of clothes — you can get changed at the studio. There's always a risk of paint getting on you, for example when taking off the suit after the session, and acrylic paint is very hard to wash out — or may not come out at all.
When can paintings be collected? Can they be taken home the same day?
We recommend leaving it at the studio to dry for 24–48 hours and collecting it another day. If you prefer, you can take it with you at the end of the session, though it will still be wet.
How old do children need to be?
These sessions are about creating together as a family — kids paint alongside their parents or relatives. The age is 6 and up.
Do you host kids' birthday parties or children-only groups?
Message us on WhatsApp: up to 8 people, with children aged 8+. Tell us your group size, ages, and preferred dates, and we'll send you all the details and a quote.
Can the date be changed or the booking cancelled?
You can change the date or time up to 24 hours before the session, using the confirmation email or WhatsApp. With less than 24 hours' notice, changes aren't possible: the booking is forfeited and non-refundable.
Are there weekday discounts?
Yes. Many weekday time slots have discounts of up to 15–20%, depending on the season. The exact discount and final price are shown when you open the booking form. Public holidays have no discount.
What languages are sessions offered in?
It depends on who's leading the session. In general, we can run sessions in Catalan, Spanish, English, or French. If a specific language matters to you, please message us on WhatsApp to confirm.
Where is the studio and how do you get there?
We're at Concili de Trento, 7, El Clot (Barcelona). Metro: El Clot (L1, L2) and Glòries (L1). You'll find the map below in Contact.
What if the group is more than 6 people?
Regular sessions are for up to 6 people. For groups of 7–10, check out our team building page or message us on WhatsApp.
How do gift cards work?
It's a digital PDF, not a physical card — you can print it yourself. Valid for 6 months. Buy it online and send it by email. The file includes a code; the recipient can book a session on our website by entering the code in the booking form, or message us on WhatsApp.
